The organisation started humbly as a CBO in 2004 and registered as NGO in 2006. The organisation in partnership with the local communities. It is managed by nine (9) board members who are elected annually from the community. This board committee receive their authority from the annual general meeting composed of members drawn from the community. The chairman of the board, treasurer and secretary are the signatories of the organisation. The organisation has 6 members of staff currently headed by the program manager, projects officer, project accountant, social officer and two office administrative staff.
