Over 300 Delegates drawn a from all parts of Kenya will converge in Nyeri for the Third Civil Society Week from 31st October -4th November to discuss the country’s preparations for the 2012 Eletions. Hon. Mutula Kilonzo, the Minister for Justice National Cohesion and Constitutional Affairsaccompanied by the UNDP Resident Representative Mr. Aeneas Chuma will officially open the event on Tuesday 1st of November, 2011 at 9.00 am at Green Hills Hotel, Nyeri.

NAIROBI, Thursday 13 May 2010: The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) Resident Representative and UN Resident Coordinator in Kenya, Mr. Aeneas Chuma is set to meet with the Media Owners Association (MOA) tomorrow in Nairobi, to forge partnerships on impartial reporting on the ongoing Constitutional Review Process. The meeting will also map out ways through which the media will play an instrumental role in the referendum process and ensure that the interests of Kenyans are upheld while keeping the country unified.
