European instrument for Democracy and Human Rights (EIDHR) – Country-Based Support Scheme
The Delegation of the European Union to the Republic of Kenya is seeking proposals for actions in Kenya with financial assistance from the "EIDHR" thematic budget line.

Hard copies of the Guidelines and Application Form are available for pick up only at the EU Delegation, Union House, Ragati Road, Upper Hill, Nairobi. The EU Delegation cannot be blamed if the collected set is incomplete. Potential Applicants are encouraged to download a complete set from the website. Note that picking up a hardcopy set does not relief applicants from the duty to use soft copy templates available on the website while submitting their Concept Notes and Proposals.

The deadline for submission of concept notes is 13th December 2011 at 16.00hrs.
