Project Approval Committee
The Project Approval Committee (PAC) makes all the decisions regarding funding.
PAC is made up of:
I. UNDP Country Director – Chair
II. Assistant Resident Representative of another UNDP Unit
III. UNDP Head of Governance Programme
IV. One Representative of the Donors
V. Capacity Building Specialist – Ex officio
Role and Responsibilities
The PAC
I. Receives recommendations and reports on proposals submitted by CSOs from the Amkeni Wakenya PMU
II. Makes decisions on the funding of applications from CSOs.
III. Communicates decision to Amakeni Wakenya Donor Group for information.
All decisions of the PAC are final.
